For Industry and commerce, the electricity saving target for big consumers will be reduced from the current 1% per year, this rises to 1.2% to 2% depending on the industry, to save 35.1 billion kilowatt-hours by 2030.
Residential energy saving part, 2025 market light bulbs 100% for LED lights, Evaluate the extension of cargo tax rebate for high-efficiency home appliances, the  Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) for air conditioners and refrigerators will be raised to level 3 from the current level 5 by 2030.
